GALLERY FOR 2004
The emphasis during this year was on emerging artists experimenting with new ideas and new ways of making, presenting and collaborating.
'New October Poets', 'Popcorn + Ice cream' and 'Girls Can't Hip Hop' are amongst the acts performing live at the 2004 Collide festival launch.
The festival programme benefited from a wide range of innovative and talented artists who developed high quality and challenging work performed and exhibited to audiences at a variety of city venues. Artists included the ground breaking New October Poets, Popcorn and Ice cream dispelling a few myths about single parenthood and Girls Can't Hip Hop showing the boys that they most certainly can!
